1. Data Processed
Volare Manager may process account, company, user, client, passenger, document, booking, flight, invoice, payment, log, IP, session, configuration, support, email, and backup data.
2. Purpose
Data is used to provide the service, authenticate users, operate modules, generate documents, send emails, record payments, create demos, provide support, improve security, and maintain continuity.
3. Passenger Data
Passenger data belongs to the agency that uploaded it. The agency must have authorization from its clients to upload and manage it in the platform.
4. Third Parties
We may use hosting, email, payment, storage, backup, API, AI, and operational analytics providers. Data is shared only when necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
5. Security
We apply reasonable measures such as authentication, company separation, logs, backups, access controls, and credential protection. No measure eliminates all risk.
6. Retention
Data is retained while the account is active or as needed for operations, support, billing, security, or compliance. Temporary demos may be deleted automatically.
7. Rights
Companies may request access, correction, or deletion of data, subject to legal obligations, backups, billing, security, and contractual requirements.
